  • Login and password

    Your email address is your Login; it is the unique identifier of your account, which cannot be changed after the registration.
    The Password must be at least 8 symbols long, only numbers and latin letters are allowed.
    For security reasons, the password has limited validity time. The password should be changed after it expires.

    As well, you can use the double-factor user authentication.

  • User identity verification

    In order to start working in Nebeus system, it is required to confirm the personal information:

    • Cell phone
    • Passport or ID
    • Residence address

    After typing the cell phone number and pressing the button “Send the code”, the code will be sent to your cell phone; this code should be typed in the phone confirmation field.

    Residence address confirmation

    Upload a scanned (clearly visible) copy of your utilities invoice or a bank statement with your name and address. The utilities invoices include invoices for water, gas or electricity issued to your residence address by your services provider.   • How to recover your password?

    Forgot password

    If you don’t know your Nebeus Account password, follow these steps to set a new one.

    1. Go to the trouble signing in page.
    2. Select “Forgot password.”
    3. Provide the email address you used for signing in
    4. Enter your email address and follow the instructions on the screen.

    Change password

    You can change your Nebeus Account password at any time.

    Password requirements

    Nebeus Account passwords must be at least 8 characters long. They can include:

    • Uppercase and lowercase letters. Passwords are case-sensitive, so "N" is different from "n."
    • Numbers
    • These symbols: ! " # $ % & ‘ ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ { | } ~

    A password must be eight characters including one uppercase letter, one special character and alphanumeric characters.

  • How do I change the information after the verification?

    We do understand that everything changes.
    In order to change:

    • Cell phone number
    • Passport or ID
    • Residence address

    Any other settings, for example, “Default currency” or “Language” etc., you can change on your discretion.

    We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible and solve the problem.

  • What should I do if I lost my password or my Account was blocked?

    Make the following steps to create a new password.

    1. Open the Nebeus website and press the Log in button.

    2. Press Forgotten email or password?

    3. Choose on of the following methods:

    • If you know the email, choose I do not know my password. . Then enter your email.
    • If you do not remember your email, choose I do not remember both email and password.Enter up to 3 emails, which you could have used for Nebeus account registration..

    4. Enter the code from the picture.

    5. Press Continue and follow the instructions.

  • How to write a message to the partner on the deal?

     User can write a message to the partner directly from the form of the deal.

  • How does the Nebeus Arbitration process work?
    The goal of the Arbitration service is to solve disputable issues between Nebeus service users.

    The main principles of operation are:

    • minimization of dispute participants’ expenses for solving disputable issues
    • minimization of time needed to settle a dispute
    • maintaining respectable relations between the dispute participants

    Filing a claim

    The system employs several options of filing a claim depending on the type of the executed transaction. There is the “Claim” link inside the transaction interface; to file a claim you have to click on the link and indicate the reason in the launched form.

    If the transaction is carried out with the Escrow service, the funds will remain on hold until the dispute is settled.

    All claims examinations are free of charge for the process participants.

  • How can I close my account?

    You can close your account at any time.

    You cannot close your account in case you have outstanding loans or non-executed exchange contracts.

    You have to withdraw all the funds from your wallet before closing the account.

    You cannot use the same email to register another account.

  • How to verify that I am using the Nebeus website?

    Working with the Web-Nebeus system takes place via the Internet in the protected mode with the help of SSL protocol. To check the information about the website owner, open the SSL-certificate data (by clicking on the protected connection icon). The current “Nebeus” service certificate, issued by the International Certification Center Thawte must include the data, confirming its authenticity:

  • What is a Bitcoin loan?

    Loans – is a service that allows Borrowers and Lenders taking and issuing loans without intermediaries (directly).

    You can get a Bitcoin loan and pay for your purchases or exchange them for another currency and spend at your discretion.

    To make a Loan Offer the Lender should create an Offer in her account and indicate the Amount, Term and Daily interest rate.

    After the offer is listed in the listing, the Lender will receive requests from the Borrowers, which she can accept or decline. In case the loan is accepted, it is issued instantly. The funds will be transferred from the Lender’s account to the Borrower’s account.

    To receive a loan, the Borrower has to make a loan request and indicate the Amount, Term and desired Daily interest rate. The system automatically selects the Offers corresponding to the required parameters. The Borrower simply has to choose one of the options and send the request for the loan. In case the request is accepted, the funds will be instantly credited to the account.

    In case the Borrower did not choose any of the proposed options, she can list the request in the service’s listing. The request will become available to many current and potential Lenders.

  • How to create a request for a loan?

  • How to repay a Loan?

    In order to repay a Loan, the Borrower must credit the required amount nominated in Bitcoin to the Nebeus system account. Choose the loan to be repaid and press the button Repay the loan.

  • Types of loan

    Now available are two types of loans.

    1. A loan with a fixed amount - the investor is able to offer its interest rate, the loan amount can not be changed. The loan is only granted for the full amount.
  • What is the difference between the types of repayments on the loan?

    User has the possibility choose the most convenient type of repayment on the loan.

    • Repayment by the end of loan period
    • Annuity repayment - remains the same throughout the term of the loan agreement. This means that every month you will pay off the loan in equal installments, consisting of accrued interest on the loan written off in lieu of the principal debt.
    • Differential repayment - is reduced each month due to the fact that the debt is reduced in equal installments, and interest will be charged monthly on the remaining debt. Differentiated payment is more favorable than annuity.
  • How to cancel a request for a loan?

    For cancellation a request for a loan, go to the list of loans in your personal account.

  • The Borrower’s rank and available Loan amounts

    Rank is the most important indicator of the Borrower’s solvency. The rank is calculated automatically and depends on the Borrower’s activity and accuracy. In other words, it depends on how often the Borrower uses the services of the platform and repays the loans in time.

    In order to start using the service, you must have at least 10 ranking points. In order to receive them, you just have to confirm your Profile. To confirm your profile, you have to confirm your cell phone number and upload your ID along with the document showing your residence address.

    The Borrower gets additional credit opportunities when her rank increases.

    • The first loan cannot exceed 0,50 BTC and can be granted for the term up to 30 days. Loan becomes available with the rank of 12,50 points. This rating can be dialed if undergo the procedure of personality verification .
    • The second loan becomes available with the rank of 16,50 points and cannot exceed 5,00 and cannot be longer than 45 days.
    • The third loan becomes available with the rank of 63,50 points and cannot exceed 10,00 BTC and cannot be longer than 90 days.

    The “Instant loan” option is available if the rank is higher than 50 points.

    Ranking accumulation example
    • Registration and Profile confirmation – 12,5 score
    • Ranking points accrued after the First loan repayment – 8 points, total rank is 20,5 points
    • Ranking points accrued after the Second loan repayment (loan amount – 5,00 BTC, term – 45 days) – 23 points, total rank is 43,5 points
    • Ranking points accrued after the Third loan repayment (loan amount – 10 BTC, term – 90 days) – 47 points, total rank is 90,5 points
  • Nebeus commission for services

    The standard Nebeus service’s commission is 2% on each transactions. The commission is credited to the Lender’s account after the Borrower repays the loan.

    The service withdraws the commission fee only after the loan is paid in full. After the withdrawal, the Lender receives a notification about the fee withdrawal, the confirming receipt and the account balance to her email.

    Information about all transactions is always available in your Account.

  • What to do if you receive no requests?

    The function of instant statistical data display on the current loans demand and supply is integrated into Nebeus service to help Lenders invest the funds and Borrowers to receive a loan fast. Thus, both the Borrowers and the Lenders have the opportunity to see on-line whether their Offer is competitive for another party while creating the Offer.

    Carefully analyze the parameters of the requested and proposed loan.

    High interest rates not only provide the Lender the higher profits but also increase the risk of loan default.
    The Borrower requesting a loan at the interest rate that is significantly lower than the average risks not getting a loan as it is too unprofitable for the Lender.

  • What to do if the Borrower is late with repaying the loan?

    Nebeus service provides for several stages of repaying an overdue loan to the Lender.

    Starting from the date following the loan term expiration, an additional 1% penalty is accrued to the Borrower’s account per day.

    The Borrower receives overdue payment reminders by email and SMS.


    The service allows sending 3 additional direct payment reminders to the Borrower. This function is available in 5 days after the date the payment was due.


     If the payment is overdue for 7 days, the function of sending a claim becomes active.


    The claim will be made automatically and will be displayed in the accounts of the Lender and the Borrower as a .pdf file; it will also be emailed to both parties.

  • What is the required paperwork for a Loan?

    A contract is issued to make a deal. The contract parties are the Lender and the Borrower. You can view the contract template below.

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if the Borrower defaults in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement, then the Lender may declare the principal amount owing and interest due under this Agreement at that time to be immediately due and payable. Further, if the Lender declares the principal amount owing under this Agreement to be immediately due and payable, and the Borrower fails to provide full payment, interest in the amount of 2.0 percent per day, calculated daily not in advance, will be charged on the outstanding amount, commencing the day the principal amount is declared due and payable, until full payment is received by the Lender.Governing Law This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Country of England.

    All costs, expenses and expenditures including, without limitation, the complete legal costs incurred by enforcing this Agreement as a result of any default by the Borrower, will be added to the principal then outstanding and will immediately be paid by the Borrower.

    Binding Effect
    This Agreement will pass to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns of the Borrower and Lender. The Borrower waives presentment for payment, notice of non-payment, protest, and notice of protest.

    This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written instrument executed by both the Borrower and the Lender.

    The clauses and paragraphs contained in this Agreement are intended to be read and construed independently of each other. If any term, covenant, condition or provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, it is the parties’ intent that such provision be reduced in scope by the court only to the extent deemed necessary by that court to render the provision reasonable and enforceable and the remainder of the provisions of this Agreement will in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated as a result.

    General Provisions
    Headings are inserted for the convenience of the parties only and are not to be considered when interpreting this Agreement. Words in the singular mean and include the plural and vice versa. Words in the masculine mean and include the feminine and vice versa.

    Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and there are no further items or provisions, either oral or otherwise.
